The Service is intended exclusively for professionals (lawyers, law firms, and legal professionals).

3.2 Payment data
Payments are processed through payment providers. The Company does not store full card details.

- Usage statistics
3.4 Service content
The Service is based exclusively on publicly available judicial decisions.
The Company:
- Does not collect users' private documents.
- Does not request the upload of confidential files.
- Stores only the generated summaries in its database.
4. Purposes of Processing
Data is processed for:
- Creating and managing accounts.
- Providing the Service.
- Managing subscriptions and billing.
- Improving Platform functionality.
- Compliance by the Company with legal obligations.
The legal basis for processing is:
- Consent.
- Performance of a contract.
- Legitimate interest, in a manner that can reasonably be expected as part of running the Company's business and which does not materially affect the rights, freedoms, and interests of users. For example, the Company has a legitimate interest to process user data for providing its products and services, managing its business and its relationship with the user, understanding and responding to user queries and feedback, improving its products and offerings, enforcing its terms of service and website terms and other terms and conditions, and securing its Information Technology (IT) and communication systems.

To provide the Service, the Company works with third-party AI providers, such as:

To provide the Service, the Company also works with third-party payment providers.
All providers with which the Company cooperates may, in the context of providing their services to the Company, become recipients of personal data.
All providers with which the Company cooperates act as Processors and are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.
